These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Revamp.ng (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Definitions
Customer: Anyone booking a service.
Revamp Pro: Registered service provider or store owner.
Agent: Recruitment/verification staff.
Platform: Revamp.ng website and mobile app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
3. Accounts
Users must provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account security and activity.
4. Services
Revamp connects customers with service providers. We facilitate bookings, secure payment, and communication. We do not guarantee outcomes outside the platform.
5. Subscription & Fees
Service providers must pay subscription fees to list and manage services. Fees and benefits are outlined on the pricing page.
6. Escrow & Payments
Payments are held until confirmation or automatic release after the review period as described in our Escrow & Payment Terms.
7. Refunds & Disputes
Refunds and disputes are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Provider & Agent Conduct
Providers and agents must act ethically and comply with our standards. Misconduct may result in suspension or removal.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on Revamp is owned by or licensed to Revamp. You may not use our content without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Revamp is a marketplace. We are not liable for provider actions or customer conduct outside these Terms. Revenue release and dispute decisions are binding unless legally contested.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Revamp from claims arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or fraudulent behaviour.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.
