Return & Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and disputes are handled for services booked through Revamp.ng.

1. Escrow Payment Review Period

When a customer books a service, payment is held securely until the job is completed and reviewed. There is a 24‑hour review period after service confirmation. If no dispute is raised, funds are released to the service provider.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested if:

  • The service was not delivered
  • The service was materially incomplete or defective
  • The provider failed to show up after acceptance

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Log into your Revamp account
  • Navigate to the contacts page
  • Select “Request Refund” from the dropdown and send us a message of your complaint and provide supporting evidence

4. Refund Process

Revamp reviews the dispute and may:

  • Grant a full refund
  • Grant a partial refund
  • Decline a refund if evidence does not support the claim

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

5. Non‑Refundable Items

  • Services confirmed and released after the review period
  • Fees outlined as non‑refundable in Terms & Conditions
