Welcome to Revamp.ng, a digital marketplace that connects individuals and businesses in Nigeria with skilled, vetted service providers for everyday tasks and projects.
By accessing or using Revamp.ng (the “Platform”), whether via website or mobile app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
“Revamp”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to the company operating the platform.
“User”, “you”, “your” refers to any person who accesses or uses the platform.
“Client” or “Employer” refers to users who request and pay for services.
“Worker” or “Service Provider” refers to users who provide services through the platform.
2. Eligibility
All users must register to use the platform.
Workers must be at least 18 years old.
Clients may use the platform without age restrictions, subject to parental or guardian supervision for minors.
3. Services Offered
Revamp.ng is a connection platform that allows Clients to find vetted service providers for various tasks. We do not directly provide the services, nor are we responsible for the performance or quality of the services rendered by workers.
4. Payments and Fees
Payments may be made in cash or via trusted third-party payment gateways integrated on the platform.
Revamp.ng charges a commission on each successful transaction.
Certain features such as registration, verification, or premium listings may require additional fees, clearly communicated during onboarding or usage.
5. User Responsibilities
All users of the platform agree to:
Provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration.
Use the platform in good faith for lawful purposes.
Cooperate fully during dispute resolution processes when necessary.
Service providers further agree to:
Deliver services professionally, safely, and to the best of their ability.
Keep communication and transactions on the platform unless directed otherwise by Revamp.ng.
6. Verification
All service providers undergo a strict verification process before being approved to accept jobs. This helps ensure safety, professionalism, and trustworthiness on the platform.
7. Disputes and Refunds
Revamp.ng offers a dispute resolution system for both clients and workers. If a conflict arises, users may report the issue, and we will mediate to reach a fair resolution. Refunds may be issued at our discretion.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
Arrange off-platform payments or jobs.
Engage in harassment, abuse, or discrimination.
Post fake reviews or mislead other users.
Communicate off-platform without prior consent.
Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or services.
Violation of any of these may result in account suspension or permanent termination without prior notice.
9. Intellectual Property & User Content
Users may upload content (e.g., profile photos, descriptions, reviews). By doing so, you grant Revamp.ng the right to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with promoting the platform.
All platform content, branding, and materials remain the exclusive property of Revamp.ng.
10. Limitation of Liability
Revamp.ng is not liable for:
The actions or performance of any service provider or client.
Any damage, loss, or injury arising from services delivered via the platform.
By using the platform, you waive certain legal claims and agree to use the service at your own risk.
11. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account:
In violation of these Terms.
Engaging in prohibited activities outlined above.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Revamp Verification Agent Terms and Conditions
Agreement
By signing up to be a Verification Agent with Revamp (“Program”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Service”).
Revamp reserves the right to update and change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Any violation of these Terms will result in termination of your account, forfeiture of all unpaid commissions, and potential legal action under applicable Nigerian law.
Account Terms
You must be 18 years or older to participate.
You must be a resident of Nigeria.
You must be a human; automated signups (e.g. bots) are not permitted.
You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, phone number, and any other required identification during signup.
Your account is personal to you and may not be shared or transferred.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your login details.
You may not open multiple accounts as a Verification Agent.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Verification Agent, your role is to:
Verify that all workers and businesses added by Enrollment Agents are genuine, legitimate, and compliant with Nigerian law.
Conduct thorough checks, including but not limited to: identity validation, business legitimacy, service authenticity, and compliance with Revamp standards.
Ensure that verification is objective, unbiased, and free of favoritism or fraud.
Flag and reject any accounts found to be fraudulent, incomplete, or misleading.
Act with honesty, integrity, and in the best interest of Revamp and its users.
Failure to properly carry out your verification duties, or knowingly approving fraudulent accounts, will result in:
Immediate termination of your account.
Forfeiture of all pending and past earnings.
Full accountability under Nigerian law, including possible civil and criminal liability.
Payment and Commissions
Verification Agents will be paid only for successfully verified and approved accounts.
Payments will not be made if verification is found to be fraudulent, negligent, or in violation of these Terms.
The minimum payout threshold and payment schedule shall be communicated in your account dashboard.
Revamp reserves the right to withhold or reverse payments for accounts later discovered to be fraudulent or improperly verified.
Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable Nigerian laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
Data protection and privacy laws.
Anti-fraud and anti-money laundering laws.
Business registration and trade regulations.
Any unlawful conduct will result in termination, forfeiture of earnings, and legal prosecution.
Termination
Revamp reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
Fraudulent or negligent verification.
Breach of these Terms.
Misrepresentation of Revamp.
Any conduct deemed harmful to Revamp’s reputation or operations.
Upon termination, you must immediately cease acting as a Verification Agent.
Relationship of Parties
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or representative of Revamp. You have no authority to bind Revamp to any agreement or obligation.
Limitations of Liability
Revamp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation as a Verification Agent. Revamp’s maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount of commissions earned and payable to you at the time of any dispute.
Disclaimers
Revamp makes no guarantees regarding the availability of verification opportunities, the volume of accounts to be verified, or uninterrupted system access.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration under Nigerian Arbitration laws. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
Miscellaneous
Revamp reserves the right to amend or terminate the Verification Agent Program at any time.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without prior written consent from Revamp.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Revamp regarding your role as a Verification Agent.
Revamp Enrollment Agent Program – Terms & Conditions
Agreement
By signing up as an Enrollment Agent in the Revamp Enrollment Agent Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”).
Revamp reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Violation of any of these Terms will result in the termination of your account, forfeiture of any unpaid commissions, and potential legal action under Nigerian law. You agree to participate in the Program truthfully, fairly, and without bias.
Role of Enrollment Agents
Enrollment Agents are individuals authorized by Revamp to capture and enroll new workers (service providers) onto the Revamp platform.
Agents must ensure all information provided during enrollment is accurate, verifiable, and genuine.
Each enrollment is subject to review and approval by a Verification Agent. Only verified workers will appear as verified on Revamp.
Account Terms
You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
You must reside in Nigeria.
You must provide accurate personal and banking details for payments.
Each account is for one individual only — accounts cannot be shared or transferred.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or false enrollment will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all current and past earnings.
Truthfulness & Compliance
Enrollment Agents must capture workers without bias, fraud, or misrepresentation.
Enrolled workers must be real individuals and/or businesses operating legally within Nigeria.
Enrollment Agents must comply with all applicable Nigerian laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection, anti-fraud, and labor regulations.
If Revamp determines that any agent has engaged in fraudulent or unethical practices, the agent will:
Forfeit all outstanding and past commissions.
Be permanently banned from the Program.
Be held 100% personally liable under Nigerian law.
Compensation
Enrollment Agents will receive commissions per verified enrollments that meet Revamp’s approval.
Commissions are calculated at the agreed rate (percentage or flat fee per enrollment).
Payments are made when requested after the minimum payout threshold is reached.
Fraudulent enrollments or enrollments later deemed invalid will not be paid.
Verification of Enrollments
Revamp reserves the right to verify all worker enrollments.
Enrollment Agents acknowledge that their role is limited to capturing data and registering workers, and that final verification lies with Revamp’s Verification Agents.
An enrollment is only considered complete (and payable) once verified by Revamp.
Revamp’s Rights
Revamp reserves the right to accept or reject any worker enrollment.
Revamp reserves the right to terminate any Enrollment Agent’s account at any time for violations, misconduct, or at its discretion.
Revamp owns the relationship with all workers added to the platform; Enrollment Agents have no rights over these users beyond commission earnings.
Termination
Revamp may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause.
If termination is due to fraud, dishonesty, or misconduct:
All unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
Past commissions may also be reversed.
You may be held legally accountable under Nigerian law.
Liability & Disclaimer
Enrollment Agents act as independent contractors, not employees or representatives of Revamp.
Revamp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.
Enrollment Agents are fully responsible for their actions and compliance with Nigerian laws.
Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Nigeria.
Revamp reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
Final Agreement
By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge that you:
Have read and understood these Terms.
Agree to abide by all requirements, responsibilities, and conditions.
Understand that violations will result in termination, forfeiture of earnings, and legal accountability.
