These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Revamp.ng (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

## 1. Definitions

**Customer:** Anyone booking a service.

**Revamp Pro:** Registered service provider or store owner.

**Agent:** Recruitment/verification staff.

**Platform:** Revamp.ng website and mobile app.

## 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

## 3. Accounts

Users must provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account security and activity.

## 4. Services

Revamp connects customers with service providers. We facilitate bookings, secure payment, and communication. We do not guarantee outcomes outside the platform.

## 5. Subscription & Fees

Service providers must pay subscription fees to list and manage services. Fees and benefits are outlined on the pricing page.

## 6. Escrow & Payments

Payments are held until confirmation or automatic release after the review period as described in our [Escrow & Payment Terms](/escrow-payment-terms/).

## 7. Refunds & Disputes

Refunds and disputes are handled according to our [Return & Refund Policy](/refund_returns).

## 8. Provider & Agent Conduct

Providers and agents must act ethically and comply with our standards. Misconduct may result in suspension or removal.

## 9. Intellectual Property

All content on Revamp is owned by or licensed to Revamp. You may not use our content without permission.

## 10. Limitation of Liability

Revamp is a marketplace. We are not liable for provider actions or customer conduct outside these Terms. Revenue release and dispute decisions are binding unless legally contested.

## 11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Revamp from claims arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or fraudulent behaviour.

## 12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

## 13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.
